DELIVERY FAQS

Currently, we are delivering in the following areas:

  • Sydney Metro
  • Brisbane Metro
  • Gold Coast
  • Sunshine Coast 

Please do not place an order if you live outside of these areas. Send us an email at info@goodfeed.co if you are unsure. 

What is your cut-off time for placing orders?
Orders close Sunday at 6PM for deliveries the following Thursday (NSW) or Friday (QLD).

When do you deliver?
We deliver weekly on Thursdays to NSW and Fridays to QLD.  Please make sure you get your orders in by Sunday 6PM (Sydney Time).

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver in the following areas:

  • Sydney Metro
  • Brisbane Metro
  • Gold Coast
  • Sunshine Coast

How much is shipping?
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 or more and $15 for orders under $100.

What time is delivery?
The delivery time could be anytime on the day, If you need delivery at a certain time, please add to the notes section at checkout. For follow-up or enquiries, please send an email to: info@goodfeed.co.
 
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No, you don’t. Our driver will leave the delivery at the front door or in a safe place if you are not home. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the notes section when placing your order. The food is delivered in a sealed insulated box packed with gel ice packs which keep your meals cool and able to be left in a shaded area for up to 5-8 hours (this may change based on weather temperature).
 
What happens if I live in a secured apartment?
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If the driver is unable to access the apartment, they will have to leave the box at the entrance in a secure place of the building. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the notes section when placing your order.
