Delivery FAQs

We are delivering to Greater Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Newcastle, Wollongong and Central Coast ONLY for now. Please don't place an order if you live outside of this area as we may not be able to service it. You can send us an email to info@thegoodplace.co if you are unsure. . 

Orders will close each Sunday at 6PM for deliveries the following Thursday.  

When do you deliver?
We deliver weekly on Thursdays so make sure you get your orders in by Sunday 6PM (Sydney Time)

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Sydney Metropolitan area only at this stage. We will be widening our delivery areas in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on our socials for announcements and updates.

How much is shipping?
Our flat rate is $15 wherever you are in NSW and however many meals you purchase.

What time is delivery?
The delivery time could be anytime on Wednesday, if you are not home we will leave your delivery in a safe place. If you need delivery at a certain time, please add to the notes section at checkout.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No you don’t not our driver will leave the delivery at the front door if you are not home. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the notes section when placing your order. The food is delivered in a sealed insulated box packed with gel ice packs, which keep your meals cool and able to be left in a shaded area for up to 5-8 hours (this may change based on weather temperature).
What happens if I live in a secured apartment?
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If the driver is unable to access the apartment, they will have to leave the box at the entrance in a secure place of the building. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the notes section when placing your order.
